He is passionate about innovation and new product development.

Dr Nanda Nayuni is very well known for his contribution to the decontamination field. His work was published widely. His patent in decontamination “Proreveal” started new trends in measuring the cleanliness of surgical instruments (www.synoptics.co.uk). It also helped in changing the Department of health guidelines for cleaning surgical instruments

Dr. Shilpa Nayuni (PhD, UK) is a Animal Cell Biology & Molecular Biology Scientist with over 16 years of experience as a Researcher Scientist, R&D manager (UK), specifically in the fields of Neurology, Nephrology and Oncology. She also supported many Indian Start-Ups in the Innovation Ecosystem.

Dr.Shilpa published her work widely in International journals, and gave presentations at many International conferences (USA, UK), One of her Medical Devices (Oncology) projects received FDA approval. Dr. Shilpa Played a key role as a Chief Scientist for a Start-Up in making “Nanoparticle Coated Light activated Surgical Masks” which were supplied to many countries during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
